The second incarnation of the Seventh Circle Institute for Paranormal Research was founded in February, 2017, by a collaboration of Taul Bennett (Allegro/paraGhost) and paranormal enthusiasts Vinny Howell and Sasha Belanger. Using the name and logo of Kurt Bachman's defunct nonprofit, Seventh Circle currently (as of March, 2017) consists of Vinny and Sasha, who hope to recruit a third member, as well as Taul, the de facto head of the organization.
